ORDER

Pricing

Our DIY Cookie Kits start at $30 per dozen and $18 for a half dozen.

Price includes 3-4 cookie shapes with icing, sprinkles, and easy-to-follow guide.

All orders require a minimum of a half dozen cookies and two-week advance notice.

Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed for optimal freshness.

*Please note, we are unable to utilize images with copyrights. However, we can always get creative with your theme.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon confirmation of order.

Jersey Girl Sweets accepts cash and all major credit cards as a form of payment. Payments can be made using our Venmo and all major credit cards via square.

There is a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added to your order.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 7 days prior to the pick-up date for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of order pick-up are non-refundable.

Pick-up

Customers in the greater Raleigh, NC area can arrange to pick up their orders at the bakery to avoid shipping costs. A pick-up time will be scheduled at the time of order confirmation. Saturday pick-ups are between 9AM-Noon unless other arrangements are made. Please call to reschedule if you are not able to make your scheduled pick-up time.

Shipping

Cookies can be shipped almost anywhere throughout the U.S. We ship using FedEx, UPS, and U.S.P.S carriers. Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of product shipped. A dozen standard sized (3- 4 inch) cookies costs approximately $15 to ship to the East Coast and Midwest and approximately $25 to the West Coast.

Extra care is taken to carefully package your cookie order to prevent damage during the shipping process. Once your order leaves the bakery, we do not control the handling of products while in transit to you. Please reach out to us immediately (within 24 hours) should your order arrive damaged, and we will work with you to help make it right.

Returns

Since cookies are a perishable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
